By buying from Shadowfax, you benefit from a complete solution where an engineer will visit your office to set up Broadband, install the network equipment, configure your server and PCs to use the service and set up e-mail. Compare that with other providers who just provide the connection and then only offer support via a premium phone line.

Notes
- You may choose quarterly or annual billing.
- Provision of Broadband is subject to a satisfactory survey by BT and cannot be guaranteed even if your exchange is enabled for Broadband.
- A one-off connection fee applies. You may cancel the service with one month's notice after the first month, i.e. the minimum contract length is two months.
- An ADSL router or modem is needed to connect your network or PC to the Broadband service.
- Provision of the Broadband service is subject to our terms and conditions.
