Licence Information
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 consists of two components that are priced separately. These are the Server Licence and the Client Access Licence. You must have one Server Licence for every server that runs Microsoft CRM and one Client Access Licence for every named user of the CRM system.
Licences are offered in two editions; Professional and Small Business. Both editions offer the same functionality and include all the CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing and Service Scheduling).
The pricing shown on this page is for licences acquired under Microsoft's Open Licensing program. These licences include Software Assurance for 2 years, this means that you will be entitled to any new versions that are released during the 2 years for free. The prices are for the supply of licences only and do not include installation or consulting services.

Pricing
The Small Business Edition pricing shown in the table below is available if you have or upgrade to Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition. You must have the Premium Edition as this includes SQL Server 2000 which is a pre-requisite for Microsoft CRM.
The maximum number of users supported using Small Business Edition is 75.

Installation and Support Services

Fixed Price Installation for £1,200.00
Our fixed-price installation costs just £1,200.00 and includes:
- Installation of Microsoft CRM on your servers (provided your IT infrastructure meets the pre-requisites)
- Installation of the Outlook client on as many PCs for which you have CRM 3.0 Licences
- Configuration of CRM user accounts for as many users for which you have licences
- Configuration of the E-Mail Router
- Training for your CRM administrator (up to 1 day)
We can also provide training for your end-users, pricing will vary according to the number of people and the level of training that is required.
