Microsoft has announced two offers for Microsoft CRM Licences that include free licences. For small businesses, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Small Business offer gives you a free Small Business Edition Client Access Licence for each one that you buy (minimum of 5, maximum of 10).
For customers using Microsoft CRM Professional the offer gives you 3 free Client Access Licences for every 10 that you buy (minimum purchase 20 users, maximum 1000 users).

Shadowfax adds Exclaimer e-mail disclaimer software to its range of products
Many companies have problems managing disclaimers on outgoing e-mails. Shadowfax recommends using Exclaimer to manage this issue and is now an Exclaimer reseller.
With Exclaimer you can add disclaimers and signatures,
brand your email with your corporate identity, stop unwanted or spam
email, set up auto-replies and out-of-office responses, block email
between selected groups of users and monitor and archive email. All of
this is done by the server so there is nothing to configure on your
client machines.

Shadowfax helps start the East Anglia Small Business Specialist User Group
The Small Business Specialist Community Groups are for IT companies who specialise in selling to small businesses. Microsoft has assisted with the formation of the groups, but the groups are independent. Groups have been formed on a regional basis and Shadowfax's Director, Feridun Kadir is leading the East Anglia User Group.
The first
meeting of the group is on 7th March in Cambridge at 7.00pm. IT

North & West Essex Adult Community College chooses Shadowfax for IT Support
North and West Essex Adult Community College has signed a contract with
Shadowfax to provide IT Support for their teaching networks. The college
provides adult education facilities at Dunmow, Epping, Harlow, Saffron
Walden, Stansted, Thaxted and Waltham Abbey in Essex. Shadowfax has
provided the college with ad-hoc IT support for the past year and during
this time most of the college’s IT classrooms have been upgraded to
Windows XP Professional providing a more stable environment. Commenting
on the new contract Nola Marshall, ICT Technical Support Manager for the
College said: “We have been very impressed with Shadowfax’s support over
the last year and we were happy to commit to a longer-term
relationship.”
