Many vendors have a licensing scheme which can make buying multiple copies of a product cheaper. For example, if you need to buy ten copies of Microsoft Office Professional, it will be cheaper to use Microsoft's Open Licence scheme rather than buy them as boxed product from a retail store. Some of our customers like us to supply branded computers and others like us to build bespoke system for them. Shadowfax builds computers to order using high quality components to your exact specification, so you can be sure that you are not paying for extras that you do not need.
Leasing
Many companies now use leasing as a method of funding purchases of IT Equipment (hardware and software). Shadowfax can supply equipment using a lease agreement.
Leasing has a number of advantages over a cash purchase. For instance payments under a lease qualify for full tax relief against profits as opposed to only a percentage for cash purchase.
As an example, a £5,000 purchase over a 3-year leasing arrangement would cost about £180/month. Please note that this is not a quotation but just an example; the amount that you will actually pay will depend on your credit history and financial standing.
